This is the boat that started it all. Jerry couldn’t afford to buy a racing canoe, so with the help of Bill Ellsworth he built one. The skills learned while building this boat laid the foundation for our building and repair business.

This canoe is known as a Rat Boat. It was designed and built for the River Rat Race.
